Brook Medical Centre will require proof of vaccination upon entry.
If you are not vaccinated you are still able to book in for an appointment, you will have to show a negative Rat Test on arrival and wait outside or in your car for any face to face appointments.
If you have cold or flu like symptoms, regardless of vaccination status you must provide a negative Rat test on arrival.
Staff will be asking to view your Covid Certificate or proof of vaccination. We ask that you be respectful to our staff as we navigate through these changes.
