Mask required upon Entry

By now we are all aware of the current Covid 19 infection in Sydney and the Central Coast. As of Saturday 26th of June 2021 the NSW Government issued new rules to keep us safe.

One of those new rules is to wear a mask

It is now a condition of entry to wear a mask upon entry to Brook Medical Centre.

It may not be suitable for some people with a disability to wear a face mask. If you have a condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, you may wish to ask your registered health practitioner or disability care provider to issue a letter confirming this.

When you wear a mask you must make sure that it is covering both your nose and your mouth.

We appreciate that wearing a mask can be uncomfortable but we must wear one not only to protect ourselves, but those most vulnerable in our community.
