The 1800MEDICARE app is a secure and convenient way to access your important health information anytime, anywhere. Through the app, you can view information that you, your healthcare providers, or authorised representatives have added to your My Health Record.
The app also provides easy access to your electronic prescriptions and Active Script List, making it simpler to manage your healthcare.

Getting Started
To use the 1800MEDICARE app, you will need a myGov account that is linked to your My Health Record.
If you already have a myGov account, there is no need to create a new one—simply link it to your My Health Record if you haven’t already done so.
To get started:
- Download the 1800MEDICARE app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and select Get Started.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.
Please note: you must have your MyGov set up and linked with Medicare and My Health Record before you join 1800Medicare
